What is Hypnosis?

What is Hypnosis?

Many people ask “What is Hypnosis?” and “What can it do for me?”. I’ll try to answer those questions here, but generally, Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation that allows the conscious mind to quiet down temporarily while bringing the sub conscious mind forward. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation that the client allows. It is not something that a Hypnotist “does” to a client. It is extremely important to know that all hypnosis is self hypnosis.

Why Hypnosis?

In learning from the sub conscious through Hypnosis, a person can learn life changing things about themselves. Clarity, truth and endless answers are found when the sub conscious is brought forward. Learn directly from the source what might be holding you back and even better- how you can work through it and move past it.

What is a Hypnotist ?

A Hypnotist is someone who can guide a person to sleep like state of relaxation. Then through different forms of therapy are able to assist the client in finding their way through something which may be holding them back in their life. The Hypnotist is NEVER in control of a client. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation that only the client allows.

How Can Hypnosis help?

The effects and memories of life’s experiences are stored in the sub-conscious, causing reactions or behaviors that we are often not even aware of. Hypnosis allows you to uncover what is holding you back in your life and how to fix it. Going within yourself, you will always find truth and answers that you may have been looking for your whole life.
